Sekoma Island Lodge
Sekoma Island Lodge is situated on islands on the Mambova Rapids on the Zambezi River, Zambia, eighty kilometres upstream of the Victoria Falls. It is easily accessed by scheduled flights to Livingstone, Zambia or Kasane in Botswana.
The lodge accommodates sixteen guests in eight large tents on raised decks overlooking the river.
Each tent is twin bedded, has en-suite facilities, and is furnished with a wardrobe, bedside pedestals and traditional directors’ chairs on private decks. For our visitors comfort and convenience the tents contain mosquito and insect repellent, as well as bottled water.
Activities include fishing, birding, guided walks, motor boat excursions on the Zambezi River and cultural visits to Mambova Village.
Your stay at Sekoma is inclusive of accommodation, all meals and two guided activities per day. Drinks, items of a personal nature, fishing tackle, extended fishing activities outside normal activity times and visa fees are excluded.
